3.3 Disclosure The only third parties who will receive your personal data specifically for fulfilment of orders will be couriers / postal companies and occasionally suppliers who fulfill directly. ]

3.4 Retention period Field-HockeyDirect will process personal data for as long as deemed necessary and will store the personal data for the same period.

How we use your information This privacy notice tells you how we, Field-HockeyDirect, will collect and use your personal data for : 

  • To respond to your queries and requests;

In order for us to provide you with our products / services we need to collect personal data for correspondence purposes and provision of products and services. Will Field-HockeyDirect share my personal data with anyone else? We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Field-HockeyDirect in the course of dealing with you. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with Field-HockeyDirect’s procedures. Field-HockeyDirect is required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for income tax and audit purposes.
